Alison Hayes is one of the leading companies designing and manufacturing clothes for retailers in the UK. We produce the whole range of ladies' garments. The company today produces out of its own 2 factories in Romania situated in Urziceni and Buzau, having also a Design Centre and a Distribution Centre.

Descrierea postului:Responsibilities:
- Oversee critical production KPI's of all Alison Hayes production plants
- Coordinate necessary measures to correct negative variations
- To follow plant budgets and support production teams in achieving them.
- Ad-hoc projects designated by the COO

Cerinte:
Engineer background - mandatory
Graduate of Textile University is a plus
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Very good level of English ( both spoken and written)- mandatory
Able to analyze figures
Very good communication skills
